How quickly will my order arrive?

In Stock Items

Items listed as "In Stock" usually ship the next business day. We will try our best to get your order shipped as soon as possible. In the rare event that an item is not available, you will be notified immediately via email.

IMPORTANT! If an item is out of stock, your order will be held until all items are in stock (if they can be Special Ordered) so that they are shipped together within a reasonable time unless you tell us otherwise. If we are unable to produce the items, you will receive a refund.

Track your Order

All shipping levels offer tracking for customers in Canada. USA tracked packet and Expedited parcel are trackable. Unfortunately the economy priced "small packet" option to the USA cannot be tracked once it crosses the border.

Shipping times are expressed in Business Days which do not include Weekends, or Canadian holidays. All delivery times are approximate but usually quite accurate. We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within the time specified, but we will do our very best to ensure that it does.

A Special Note to our American Customers

Orders shipped across the Canada/US border can sometimes be delayed in Customs (extremely rare). This step of the shipping process is unfortunately beyond our control. Potential custom delays are reflected in the relatively wide-range of delivery times in the US. We have tried to minimize the impact on you by using Canada Post, a reliable cross-border shipper and we use appropriate tariff numbers for fast customs clearance. Tracking for your order will show you that it has been shipped and will usually indicate several transfer points in Canada and the USA.

 

We will gladly except returns for a full refund or exchange on defective or wrongly shipped items. Please DO NOT return a product without first contacting us (1-877-627-8627) to get a RA return authorization number which will ensure that there are no delays or problems getting your money refunded. Just ship the items back to us at your cost. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment you used when you ordered including the original shipping cost. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RA#
